the process is the point.

where making meets meaning.

I help people come home to themselves.

Through art, through healing, through creative practice.

I'm a facilitator, healer, artist and teacher.

You've been the helper for a long time.

This work exists for the women who have spent decades knowing what everyone else needs and have forgotten how to ask the same question of themselves.

You're in your 40s, and perimenopause is cracking you open in ways you didn't choose. You are the one everyone leans on. The fixer. The Enneagram 2. The one who knows what the room needs before the room knows.

You've tried talking about it. Therapy. Books. Podcasts. Something is still stuck.

Your body is louder than it used to be. The heat, the sleeplessness, the emotions that arrive before the mind can intercept them. You've been living from the neck up for years and it's no longer working.

You keep putting yourself last and calling it practical.

Something quiet in you keeps saying it's my turn. And you don't know what that means yet.

For the woman in her 40s who has been holding it together for everyone else.

And is finally ready to come home to herself.

Through making. Through the body. Through a field held steady by someone who has done this work for twenty years.

Whether I'm holding space in a coaching session, teaching in a creative workshop, painting in my studio, or facilitating an energy healing. The thread is always the same.

Helping you return to yourself.

Not through force. Not through fixing. Through the kind of honest creative practice that reaches what talking never could.

The hardest things. Belonging, trust, grief, transformation. They don't happen in the debrief. They happen in the making.

There is something spiritual and creative in all of us. I do this work because I believe in the power of creativity, healing, and justice to change things. From the inside out.

If you know, you know.

the process is the point.

Paint From Your Soul

Two days, Your living room $299 early / $399

You'll paint a woman's face. Not because painting faces is the goal but because the woman who emerges on your canvas always, somehow, knows something you needed to know.

No art experience needed. That's not a disclaimer — it's the point.

The Creative Reset Retreat

Three days in Villa Grove, 8500 ft · Sober · No tech

Three days at full venue buyout in the fall aspens. Women have always known that creating, grieving, resting, and gathering in circle is not separate from the work of survival. It is the work. That's what this retreat is for. Not escape. Sustenance. The kind that lets you go back. Let’s practice how to stay.

I believe:

  • I believe we are creating a world we have never seen. That starts in small rooms with honest people making things together before they argue about policy.

  • The personal and the political are not separate. The woman who can't receive without guilt and the organization that can't build real belonging are carrying the same wound at different scales.

  • The body knows things before the mind does. And creative practice creates the conditions for those things to surface.

  • Rest is political. Pleasure is political. A woman making something with her hands with no outcome required is a radical act in a productivity culture.

  • You don't have to choose between the inner work and the systems work. They are the same argument in different rooms.

  • The canvas goes home. What the maker discovered stays with her.

  • There is something spiritual and creative in all of us.

  • The process is the point.

For Groups & Organizations

heARTscapes

art space & consulting

My Art Practice

Love Rock Residue

original art & shop

Original paintings. Heart rocks. Botanical prints. May the residue of love remain with you always.

Two parts of myself,
finally one room.

I've spent nearly twenty years doing two things that have always been, for me, one thing.

I started in the classroom. An art educator, IB-certified, Reggio-informed, in love with what happens when you hand a child something to make with and trust that they already know things words haven't caught up to yet.

Then I moved into organizations. DEI strategy. Leadership development. Executive coaching. Real work with real stakes, with brilliant people who had gone into service to help the world heal and somewhere along the way lost access to the part of themselves that first felt the calling.

For years I kept those two parts of myself in separate boxes. The facilitator. The artist. Then I started bringing the making into the rooms. And the boxes stopped making sense.

Questions people ask before they reach out.

What if I'm not an artist? That sentence is the invitation, not the obstacle. A 2016 study found 75% cortisol reduction after 45 minutes of art-making with zero correlation to prior experience.

Is this therapy? Not therapy. The work is therapeutic the way honest creative practice is. If you're in therapy this often sits alongside it beautifully.

Who is this for? The helper. The Enneagram 2. The woman in perimenopause. The burned-out nonprofit worker. The activist who is empty. If something in you just said yes, it's probably for you.

Do you work with white people on racial equity? Yes. Nearly 20 years. Trained through Courageous Conversations, Resmaa Menakem, and others. The inner work and the equity work are not separate here.

How is Heartful Alignment different from heARTscapes? heARTscapes: come make something, see what it opens. Heartful Alignment: come as you are, let's tend to what's underneath. No art required.
